About
I’m Erin Carpenter, founder of ECVA Services. With more than 20 years of professional experience, I provide executive assistant, administrative, and business operations support for entrepreneurs, professionals, and small businesses. My background spans multiple industries, including mental health, private medical practice, the staffing industry, retail operations, and personal assistant support, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the organizational and communication needs businesses face every day.
I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology from University of South Florida and have experience working with clients across multiple time zones while living abroad. I understand how valuable time is for business owners and professionals, and I believe strong operational support allows clients to focus on growth, strategy, and the work that matters most to them.
In addition to executive and administrative support, I also assist clients with business systems, CRM organization, scheduling platforms, website design and maintenance, and email marketing support using a variety of modern business tools and platforms.
I enjoy learning new systems and processes and adapting to the unique operational needs of each client.
Originally from the United States and now based near Lisbon, I enjoy spending my free time with my cat, Mr. Meow Meow, walking to the beach, painting, and gardening.
